Terms of use

By using the website in any way or by agreeing to provide submissions to Oikonomikos Nikolaos, you are agreeing to the terms of use, as they may be updated and amended from time to time.

Prices

All prices are in Euros (€), VAT excluded and exlusive of shipping or transaction fees. For customers within the European Union VAT will be included during checkout process, unless customer provides a valid VAT number.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

2. Paypal

Shippment

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight. If product has a «free shipping» display, then shipping is free regardless quantity or weight. Free shipping is done exclusively via post office.

Withdrawal - Returns

The customer has the right to retract the sale, without payment of any fine and without giving a motive, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery date of the product (Law 2251/1994).

Our company will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction. If the order has been dispatched only the order amount will be returned. Otherwise the whole amount will be paid back. Any transaction fees are paid from the customer.

In case of return due to sending other products than the ones ordered, delivery fees are paid by the company.
