Terms of Use / Business Policy

By using this website in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of use, as they may be updated and amended in time.
In the event of legal disputes, judicial resolution will be given through the Courts of Katerini Greece.

Prices

All prices are in Euros (€), VAT excluded and exclusive of shipping or transaction fees.
For customers within the European Union, mandatory 24% VAT charges will be included during the checkout process, unless the customer provides a valid VAT number.
Please check your company VAT for eligibility in the official EU online VIES portal  https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation

Shipment

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and delivery location. Please input your address details in the Checkout process, a fee will be calculated for you.

Withdrawal - Returns

The customer has the right to retract from the sale, without payment of any fines and without specifying a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery date of the product (Law 2251/1994).
Our company will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction. Any transaction fees applied are paid by the customer.
If the order has been dispatched, only the value of the order will be returned once we receive the items back.
Otherwise the whole amount including shipping costs will be returned to the customer.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses and safety of the items.
After we check the condition of the parts we can proceed to sending a replacement or, giving a reimbursement of payment.
Please note the returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, further
-      with no damages
-      with original undamaged packaging
-      sent along with purchase Receipt/Invoice
When using our e-shop please pay attention to the photographs, descriptions and OEM codes that we include in each listing.
If you are unsure if the part is suitable for you, please contact us.
In case the customer receives items that are damaged during transport, or with fault, or by mistake we reserve the right to check the condition of said items before any reimbursement or replacement.
In these cases the customer is responsible to take several pictures of the transport packaging and individual items, and send them to us by email to ikonomik@otenet.gr.
